A 90-minute masterclass to help you understand the connection between your nervous system, pain science, and chronic pain or trauma. Discover how your body processes pain, why it responds the way it does to stress or triggers, and learn practical tools to create more calm and balance in your daily life. This class is for anyone who identifies with having chronic pain or struggles with stress or tension in their body.

An Invitation:

Dear friend,

I know and I get it... I have been there.

Living with chronic pain or with the effects of trauma can feel like a life sentence. Because, on a physical and embodied level, it is!

Do you ever feel like it can take a huge amount of energy just to put the wash on? That is that 'stuck' or 'freeze' place of our nervous system.

Do you have fear and worry about pain before it's even there? That is the fight/flight response doing it's thing in your nervous system, protecting you.

Having chronic pain or trauma means that in the here and now, the nervous system has to work EXTRA hard to keep us safe and survive the world. That is a lot of energy to be using every day, just to do simple tasks.

It's hard to continue living life like that. It's not really living, it's surviving.

Then for some of us, we spend a lot of time in a stress overdrive nervous system response - constantly on the go and doing things. Never able to relax. Because to the nervous system, relaxing isn't safe. We need to keep doing to survive this world.

And so, how do we change that? How can we get to a place of calm, regulation, safety, and connection in our nervous system?

You're in the right place! I will show you just that in this masterclass.

This class is a polyvagal informed education and pain science approach on nervous system regulation

It will help you to understand why you are the way you are, and that your story and your responses MAKE SENSE.

It offers tools to help you in finding nervous system regulation more often, therefore supporting you on a recovery journey of chronic pain or trauma.

See you in the class!
